Launch Pack credits are valid for 12 months from the date of approval. This gives you plenty of time to build, test, and launch your project.
Credits can be used for any Onidel service including Premium VPS, High-Frequency VPS, Storage VPS, Block Storage, and Object Storage. Use them however best fits your project.
Once credits are exhausted, you'll seamlessly transition to pay-as-you-go billing. There's no service interruption - you simply pay for what you use going forward.
Yes! Existing customers can apply for the Launch Pack. However, the program is designed for new projects, so please include details about your new development work in your application.
After approval, you'll receive access to a dedicated support channel where you can get priority assistance from our technical team. Response times are typically under 2 hours during business hours.
